  Great at communication, even when I lacked in it. Very professional, fast and nice. Also I had an issue with my breaker after the installation (100% user error) and then drove 45 min to fix it for me. I’m very grateful.

  I worked with Mara Best on my solar project. At first I was quite skeptical because she made it out to sound really easy. Turns out she was being honest - I didn’t really do anything and the project was completed on time and with great service. The install took about 4 hours and the crew was very professional (even came back a day later to repaint the exterior so it matched my house color exactly). Looking forward to lower energy costs and being very smug with everyone when I brag about “going solar”.

  These guys do a very good job, from the initial consult they explained the entire process an answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The updates on each step through text an email with reminders of what’s going on an what are the next steps. They also have been responding quickly anytime I have questions or concerns. They also helped me get through the paperwork while dealing with my hoa.

  Arcadias team is not only professional but very knowledgeable too. Solar didn’t always makes sense until they came and sat at the table with us and then we wondered why we hadn’t done it years ago. They made the transition into renewable such an easy experience I would highly recommend them to everybody! We also had our roof done by their roofing company Fortitude. The pictures below shows a beautiful work they do.

  I usually don't write a review but Misty, she's so great, I got my solar installed 2020, from planning to installation up till now, its been a few years I can still count on her and her team whenever I have a question. Most solar company after they installed the system you can't count or reach out to them anymore, it's so frustrating. But with Arcadia I been a happy customer all the way thru. I had a big jump on my electric bill this month and I was so concern if my system is working or not. I reach out to Misty and the next day James checked my system. James did a thorough explanation and answered all my questioned. Thank you so much.

  The sales rep did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled to install pretty quick. The installers were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I'm currently waiting on final inspections from NV Energy and can't wait to get the system up and running to see what it can do and how much money we will save. We choose Arcadia Solar over two other competitors largely due to thier positive customer service reviews, they are a local company, the type of panels they use, and they were a little cheaper in price.

  I'm so grateful Arcadia Solar put a notice/advertisement on my garage door. We just moved to Vegas and I'm not sure getting solar panels would have been high on our priority list. But its such an easy process and it saves money and the environment so we're really glad we did it right away. Jason is a nice salesman and makes the process easy.

  I am so happy we chose to go with Arcadia for our solar panels. It was a pleasure working with everyone I encountered. Everyone was very responsive and informative whenever I had any questions or concerns. They dealt with all the paperwork with the HOA and the energy company which was a more tedious process for my situation. I have already recommended them!

  We recently had them install our system on our newly built home in Henderson, and so far it has been a very positive experience. Everything that was laid out and promised concerning the whole process was very close to what has been delivered. The timeline was slightly longer, but not by much at all. The installation was fast and so far we don’t see any issues with it. I’ll follow up to this review if I see any problems as we go. The system was activated yesterday and I’m awaiting access to the monitoring app to see if we actually produce the amount of energy that has been quoted. We’ll also see how it goes as far as our future bills with NV Energy. So it is all a process to see how it pans out, but with that said, Joey and the team at Arcadia have so far delivered on all their promises and have been responsive and professional about it all. They also did follow up with getting the pigeon guards in place and got us the cash rebate as they promised. So far so good! Crossing our fingers that the system delivers in the long run. SIDENOTE: We were approached by Ion Solar as well and I told them we were already going with Arcadia. They continued to come to our house even after we told them we had committed to Arcadia repeatedly. We did not appreciate their overly aggressive sales tactics.

  Great experience with Arcadia. They handled everything with my HOA and kept me up to date during the whole process. Installation was smooth and didn't interrupt my day while working from home. Valerie was my initial contact and she did an amazing job explaining the whole process and followed up with me several times. Highly recommended if you're looking to switch to solar.

  We are very happy with our Arcadia system! Both Roman and Mara met with us prior to purchase and patiently answered all of our questions, without being pushy. They and other associates have been available since the contract signing as well. Everyone who came to design, install, and inspect our system has been professional, polite, and efficient.   Let me start of by saying that me and my husband are new homeowners and had just started looking into solar and while I was open to it my husband had no desire to get solar panels anytime soon. He had heard horror stories from people at work about crazy start up costs and money that had to be spent before a panel was even installed. So when Arcadia came knocking on our door like so many other solar companies they definitely had their work cut out for them: from the very beginning they were different, they answered my questions and were very professional but warm and friendly. Mara was the person who came to consult us and she was beyond professional, friendly and a straight shooter. She gave us facts and we never like we were being “sold” on anything. I would 100% recommend them to anyone interested in solar. They give you facts and answer all your questions throughout the whole process, even after leaving our house our consultant Mara was only a text away. Anytime someone has came to our house from Arcadia they are polite and professional. Definitely give Arcadia a call if you want an amazing professional and personable company to help you make the change to renewable energy.

  I had a wonderful experience with Arcadia! All the way from the initial contact and throughout the installation, Arcadia handled the entire process perfectly. Maribel was my point of contact who communicated every step upfront and followed up to make sure that all expectations were met. Cyrus was the on-site superintendent who was extremely thorough on the day of installation. This process hardly took up any time on my part which is probably the most important to me. I’m very excited about getting solar installed and I highly recommend Arcadia!

  After 12 months of having solar panels from this company I now have spent more than I would have if I didn’t use them. Half of the months I still owed the power company because my panels were not creating enough energy. I called numerous times because what this company was showing they were generating was not what the power company was showing. Arcadia first blamed NV Energy, so I had NV Energy come out and install a new meter. That wasn’t the problem, so I called Arcadia back. Several back and forth emails with them and they just kept saying their graphs are showing my panels are creating what they are supposed to create. Told them several times that what they show is NOT what NV Energy is receiving. They blamed me for using too much energy, which had nothing to do with what the panels were producing. Still, no help from them at all. Just wasted $50k!!! Do not go with this company.

  After moving forward with a solar system with Senergy Power, Arcadia Solar promptly installed the system. I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the workmanship of the installation; the crew did a great job! See the attached photos. The Arcadia Solar personnel who came out to meet the Town of Oro Valley inspector and TEP crew were always professional and knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. Today, thanks to Arcadia Solar and Senergy Power, we are on solar and part of the solution, not part of the problem!
