  I did thorough research on solar panels and installers before I chose Green Conception in June 2022. I'm on the board for my gated community and asked my neighbors about their experience of purchasing/leasing solar. Everyone had stories of being oversold (more panels than they needed), long delay times (shortest was 4 months and longest was 1 year) before their panels passed inspection and were up and running and damage to the roof by the installers. Valerie at Green Conception was very transparent about the pricing - most solar companies quote you a payment based on the assumption that you will pay down your loan with the Federal tax credit - and her honesty was what sold me. Nick was great at explaining the product, process and securing the financing. Jose came out right away and inspected my roof and I was installed within a week and both City and LADWP inspections passed within another two weeks. In less than a month, my solar panels were up and running, just in time for this heat wave! I would highly recommend Green Conception for transparency, professionalism and expertise.

  I'm in the renewable energy space, I could have done this myself or convinced friends from company to help me on the weekends to do the installation myself. So I feel I have credibility when writing this review. These guys are extremely professional and inexpensive with no BS. No harassing salespeople just professional project managers who talk you through their process which is mostly remote via phone, text and email. Constant communication before and after installation. They also have great financing options for a small fee ($500 vs $4,000 I got from other firms).

  Right from the beginning, Nick gave me a very competitive offer that I didn't need to negotiate like with other solar companies. When I didn't respond, no one form green conception bugged me for couple weeks unlike some other sales person that calls every other day.

  Glad we went with Green Conception Solar. My system has been up and running for a couple weeks now and already making full use of it during the summer, Artin the Sales Manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient especially with my 20 million questions. I highly recommend anyone interested in solar to go through Artin as his very genuine. Jose and Steven can't thank you guys enough for all your efforts and follow ups dealing with the city regarding permits, installation, and inspections.   Green Conception completed a spectacular installation of a fairly large system on my roof in Granada Hills. They we're professional in all regards, completing their work on time and at a very high standard of craftsmanship. The office as well as the supervisor and foreman communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. When a problem with the roof cropped up, the president of the company Nick personally managed the necessary remedy in an ethical, honest and prompt manner. I recommend Green Conception to anyone looking for a well-designed, professionally installed solar power system at a great price.

  Unfortunately i decided a knew avenue but if there is a need, i would definitely call them out again. Great customer service and response back to all my questions. The only complaint i have is that i wish they gave me the best option to the minimum option. This lead to many of my questions and confusion. I also wish the warranty was better explained in the beginning but again everything was answered up front allowing me to make best judgment. Thank you

  With a large house with 4 four ton air conditioning units our electric bill has been insane. There has never been a company that offered a 100% solution before I met the guys at Green Conception... We now have a ZERO electricity bill and we are producing over 100kwh per day. From the very beginning when I spoke with the sales manager Art and got his fast non pressured quote to when the owner Nick came out and re-evaluated my needs at which point he added more panels to the project at no additional costs we have been thrilled with the job they have done. Andre coordinated everything with the installation team who put up almost 70 panels. The installers color matched all of the stucco and conduits as though it was part of the original design of our house. All phone calls / questions are answered with a live member of the team and they always have a knowledgeable answer, If need be Nick and Andre come out themselves, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

  I'm so glad I found Green Conception for my family's solar installation. I called them to make an appointment and they were very helpful. Our system was a little over 13 kW and they installed it in two days. Their site supervisor Steve was very professional. He was very attentive and was always there when we had questions. I also want to mention the attention to detail. They colored matched all the piping on the roof. The panels looked perfectly leveled. My family is happy with their job.   We may be the first house in Palm Springs that Green Conception has done, and there were a few snafus to get through. It seems like the city made it difficult for them in various ways that I don't even understand. However, we have finally got our permit approved and turned it on last week (early May). The panels were installed quickly and professionally by Andre and his crew in mid-March. So it took a month for the company to work through whatever issues they had, and although we did have several tense conversations with Nick, I have to say, he really hung in there and got it done. Working with Brett Hershey and Andre initially was easy and delightful.

  Just got my installation completed last week. I'm so happy with the clean work on my roof. It was great to come home to a solar home. I'm waiting for the inspection. I can't wait for my system to be turned on. Green Conception came in at a great price and only used American panels. Other installers quoted me higher for the same panels and their response time was slower. I'm very happy with service I was given from Green Conception.

  Called Green Conception after speaking to my neighbor about his install. These guys take their work serious from start to finish. They were very honest about the timeframe and upfront about the inspection process. There were no hidden fees after the initial quote. The installers were very friendly and professional when coming in. I would definitely recommend them for anybody going solar. It makes financial sense, especially over leasing a system.

  My solar panel system was installed two months ago. We received our first bill since the system was installed. I can basically say goodbye to my electric bill! Green Conception handled everything with the city and ensured this would not be a hassle for my family and I. They were very friendly and professional. The exceptional service started from the immediate response to my inquiry to the post follow up. The installers cleaned up after themselves. Nick, the owner, frequently checked on the work.
