  Great company! It was a very smooth process and my pipeline manager was very communicative and knowledgeable about the process. I got my extra items to keep the production high and I am overall very happy with the process and would recommend Nova.

  We were very pleased with the entire experience. The salesman was transparent and detailed about the process. The technicians showed up as scheduled and worked efficiently with little to no disruption to our family. And our electric bill is almost non existent now. All told this was a great experience.   Happy with the solar process from start to finish. They were professional and the project was finished in a timely manner. There was a problem that came up with the main panel on our home but this company quickly resolved any issues! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for solar panels!

  From the time Graham came to my house and got started I enjoyed our visits and he seemed very knowledgeable. The representatives were all helpful although I make it hard for them since I don't have much technology skills. Everyone I talked to was cooperative and considerate. The only negative I could think of is how the electrical connections were on the house near the meter. Everything else was pretty much a positive from the beginning to end

  Graham was very informative and has always been responsive to my texts. Thank you. Overall, the experience was positive, install completed professionally, but the lack of communication was a struggle. I tended to be the one who called and asked for a status update. Also, I'm still waiting for Nest thermostat to be installed.

  why are you knocking on my door when I have a no soliciting sign posted? Why are your people talking to me like they’re with the utility while wearing green vests? This is the shadiest sales pitch ever. If your shady sales team cant respect my posted sign, why would I expect you to respect me as a customer? PASS

  My experience with Nova has been great! They are really good about communicating with me on status updates and help me through the process of having my solar system installed. I highly recommend, they are all about keeping their customers informed and as of now my experience has been stellar!
