  I have worked with Solar Solutions for quite a while. They installed our system over 10 years ago and did a great job. Sal and I have worked on referrals that I have sent to him and he works very hard to give his customers exactly what they want and need for solar. Sal and solar solutions Az are the best.   From my perspective, these guys are rock stars. In 2021, I purchased a home with a 12.2 kW system that had been installed by Solar Solution AZ in 2016. They were super helpful in educating me on the system and were very responsive to the two warranty issues I've encountered. Just finished adding another 1.2 kW and everything is working terrific.

  Due to July's hail storm I had to have my roof repaired, in order to do that my A/C units and solar panels had to come down. Solar Solutions worked their schedule around the general contractor and had the panels down at the prescribed time. Then once the new roof was ready, Solar Solutions was out to re-install the panels. Working between other clients and the rain they had the panels up and working, even was out on Saturday to complete the job. I love having a $0 bill from TEP.

  This company was excellent to work with. Their knowledge and professionalism were obvious from the very beginning, as they openly answered all of my questions and provided clear pricing for our solar system with no surprises or unexplained changes. The high level of service extended to every person on who worked on my system from the project managers to designers to installers. Great communication throughout as well.

  This is a bit premature for a review, but so far we've been happy with the communication from SSAZ. We haven't had the system installed yet, but so far it's been good. They were helpful in going through the different types of panels and inverters. I asked a lot of questions and was always appreciative of their detailed responses. Their prices were good, and I didn't feel any up sell pressure. They never tried to talk me into buying more expensive panels or a battery storage system I didn't want. Ill wait for the panels to be installed and working for a final review but I'd recommend them so far.

  Cole from Solar Solutions was very professional and helpful. We have wanted to go solar for awhile and we are glad we got in while the added perks are still in place. We appreciated that Cole left the information for us to look at but did not constantly call like all the other companies we have dealt with. That was our main reason for going with Solar Solutions was how well Cole read us as customers and respected our boundaries so we could make a decision without added pressure.   We talked to four Solar Companies when we started looking into Solar for our home. Of all the companies, Brandon with Solar Solution AZ was the best at explaining how the process of the installation, finance, and operation of the system works. The install went without a hitch, the install team was very professional and nice, they took the time to explain what they were doing that day. The install took two days, they cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was top notch. The quote was competitive with the other companies, and they offer the best warranty, and they are local here in Tucson, their support is very responsive. We are very happy with our system.

  I had bids done by 6 companies including Solar Solutions AZ. Solar Solutions AZ answered the phone and was the first company to visit and provide me with an estimate. They were #1 ranked in my research online and came out near the lowest cost of all the bids. I had heard good thing about them from friends so I signed a contract with them on 6/6/2019. They finished the install on 7/12/19. Just over 1 month from contract signing to complete install. Super happy with the workmanship and of course our almost non existent power bill! Now I can set the thermostats right where I want to and not worry about the bill! A big shout out and thank you to Solar Solutions AZ for their great customer service, high quality workmanship and smooth sailing from start to finish!

  Mixed results with service follow-thru, but overall very satisfied. We have dealt with Solar Solution twice over the last few years, the first time (Mar 2017) for the initial system and the 2nd time (Feb 2019) to add on more panels. Unfortunately our first rep underestimated how many panels we needed, so we had to go back and add on 9 more panels later to obtain the results we had anticipated. I will say each time they were very pleasant, easy to deal with, and their prices seemed reasonable overall.

  Communication was pretty good, someone was always in touch with me with what stage the install was in. It took a couple months from the start of the process to the finish but that was more due to the permits required. Solar Solutions take care of everything and you e-sign all forms.   We got our solar panels a couple of years ago and have been so amazed at the wonderful outcome. From the introduction and explanation of how, what, when and where things would come about, we found the process easy. Mr. Watson and all his company were very helpful. The financing application was easy. The installation was very professional and my roof looks great. Our first electric bill almost made me faint. This is the best decision we have made, especially because we are older and looking forward to retirement. The incentives and the money back we get at the end of the year from the electric company is worth the investment. Solar energy does pay for itself. I continually recommend Solar Solutions AZ to all my family and friend. People are afraid of the initial investment, but let me tell you taking the plunge is so worth it. You will never regret it. Working with Mr. Watson and Company will help anyone contemplating this type of change. Amazing, amazing, amazing. So totally happy with this company and the work they did for us.

  1. A complete lack of timely communication. I sent an e-mail, dated 24 May 2017, to request add'l information. I'm STILL waiting for an response. During the initial planning phase, e-mails would often go unanswered for more than 72 hours.

  From the planning stages of the project to it's completion, Solar Solutions kept me informed every step of the way, which included days that they would be unable to work. Their work was professional, timely, and precise. My solar system has been working wonderfully since Sept. 2015 and has weathered the high winds without an issue.
