  I'm very happy with my decision to go with SunState. Like others interested in solar, I received multiple bids for my project. I chose SunState because two of my neighbors went with them and had good things to say about them, and I wanted to support a small, growing company. Glenn is definitely involved in all aspects of the business, and you know who you're talking to when you call SunState, as opposed to Customer Service for a large company. Glenn accommodated my desire to "hide" my system by mounting the panels in the back of my house and running the conduit through the attic. You can't tell from the street that I even have solar, which was esthetically important to me.

  Solar is a dangerous market when it comes to efficiency, quality, and price point. Some companies will follow through and do a fantastic job, but will charge a lot. Most companies will charge a lot of money as you're playing for two services, the solar company, and a sales company.

  I really did my research before choosing SunState Solar for our home. I chose to meet with only local NM companies and only companies that had been given a personal recommendation by someone I knew. Of all the companies I considered, I got the largest number of positive recommendations about SunState.

  We used SunState Solar Inc for our install back in May 2021. We ultimately went with them because we sensed that they were truly customer focused. We had not experienced that in our almost decade in New Mexico with any contractor. After a a year and a couple of additional needs that have come up, we were and still are treated like customers. Where other companies might have told us to take a hike, Glenn and his team have towed the line. I could not be happier with our solar system, and would/will only go with SunState Solar Inc again in the future. I cannot express enough how customer-centered they are, and their pursuit to make the world a greener place is second to none. Give them your business and keep your purchase local so that you get local customer support when needed.

  I had SunState Solar install a system on my house about a year and half ago. I waited this long to make sure it all worked great and there was no surprises. There was two small problems soon after the install that were frustrating at the time, but insignificant in the grand scheme of things. The company fixed them super fast and I have had no problems since then. I got what I paid for, great service, great panels, and I am paying hundreds a year less on electricity! Blazing hot sunny days make me happy now! Highly recommend, very much a 5 star company!

  SunState Solar has been a pleasure to work with. Glenn was thorough in his explanations each step of the way as well as responsive and flexible. Jeremy was extremely helpful and patient with filling out the paperwork! The customer service was impeccable, making us feel like their most important customer!   How often do you work with a service provider and find that they do exactly what they promise to do? Not very often if at all in my experience, especially here in New Mexico. SunState Solar and its President/Owner, Glen Felty are a notable exception. Installing a solar system is not an inexpensive proposition as far as the up front cost is concerned. Yes it pays for itself and provides a great environmental benefit as well. But when you are spending that kind of money, you want to know the why and the how things will be done. You want communication as it unfolds because it is a big project on your house. You want to be sure that the projections given you are matched by the reality of the performance. SunState and Glenn truly excel in all these aspects of providing their service. They are truly a professional operation.

  Super happy with the results of working with Glenn and their whole team. My biggest reservation regarding investigating solar was the fear of being hard pushed by a salesperson. Glenn simply provided the information and education I needed and I never felt that 'hard sell'. They worked with me to get my roof up to date and the install happened without a glitch. Jeremy worked to make sure my taxes were all set so I could get the rebate, and that was a huge relief. It feels so good knowing my electricity is coming directly from the sun right on my own roof. Definitely worth going with this local company for solar!

  We did a lot of research, and SunState stood out for many reasons: they had a best technical proposal, very competitive pricing, authentic and individualized customer service, and they are local. They didn't let us down: they were so intentional about communication, they kept on top of the project at all stages, and everything came out great. I can't say enough positive things about SunState, and Glenn's leadership.

  I recently had my solar installed by SunState and am beyond impressed. From the beginning Glenn showed me that it really was a no-brainer decision even though I was reluctant at first. The process was very smooth and I was kept up to date throughout. When it came to installation they were very professional and left my yard clean of any trash or debris. The solar system has performed as expected and even the first month and have yet to exceed the production with my usage. I had a lot of solar sellers knock on my door and no one could come close to the price as well. Great service and great value, that's a win win in my book! The engineer team was great! Dominic was always in communication and answered all my questions and concerns.   When we started researching solar companies we quickly realized there are many to choose from and decided to contact several based on reviews. We ended up choosing SunState for a few reasons. Glenn was prompt and professional. He arrived to our appointment on time and answered all of our questions thoroughly and to our satisfaction. The cost was competitive without sacrificing quality of materials (we researched the brands). A couple of our neighbors used SunState so we talked to them and received positive reviews. The installers were on time and they did a nice, clean installation. We appreciated the professional experience from start to finish and recommend this company.

  Super happy with the install from SunState Solar. Glenn and the install team were awesome to work with. Their pricing was very competitive with the 4 other quotes I had received. The install team was prompt, respectful, and most important professional and knowledgeable. I've seen other install that just seem sloppy. The details, down to sticker placement are very clean and cared for. I would 110% recommend SunState Solar to anyone, including my parents who have also just had a PV system installed by SunState.   Glenn Felty and his SunState Solar team delivered totally on their commitments and were consistently responsive in addressing my questions and concerns throughout the process. I obtained several bids prior to selecting SunState as the provider for my residential solar system. Many of the other bids were lower cost, however, none of them by my evaluation provided comparable value. As I became acquainted with Glenn, I came to recognize he is very customer oriented and man of high integrity; and as such I developed confidence that he would deliver on his promises. He did not let me down! Along the journey (and trust me, with the City of Albuquerque and PNM involved, it was a journey) Glenn provided consistent quality information on the steps within the process and made sure that I was included in all key decisions related to the installation.

  We are extremely pleased with our solar installation by SunState Solar. Inc. Glenn Felty was a pleasure to work with, and the installation proceeded professional and efficiently just as he had explained it would beforehand. All of the people that we met during the course of the installation process were polite and very competent. The actual installation of the panels and connection to our power system took less than a day. We were up and running on our own power in no time at all. I highly recommend SunState Solar!

  Glenn and his staff at SunState Solar Inc. were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Don and I interviewed another Solar company and even though their product was good, the process with him was excruciating. Do not waist your time with anyone else but Glenn . We are very happy with our system and everything is working smoothly. We recommend having your roof checked before doing the solar and having it replaced if needed.
